Good luck Pretty!
I'm gonna start a blog I think about my fight back to health (Yeah, another one cherry? Really?) as I'm feeling really good about the muay thai boxing and eager to represent the endo girls out there. I write so much anyway I figured it's good to focus it into something specific. There's a book I need to read first. I think of the days when I'm laid so low that I need to be helped to the toilet, and then days like yesterday where I puked but I got through 2 sparring classes and did well in both. Maybe Lance Armstrong's book as well, haha. Here's hoping my good health sticks. I'm sick of paying for the gym when I can't go.

So, I've basically done naff all so far. Want to re-join the gym but can't afford it. Starting to watch my diet again pretty carefully, and today I decided I might aswell use the Wii I bought 18 months ago! So in total today I reckon I've done about 60 mins activity on the Wii, including boxing and sword fighting - and that really gets the heart rate up! Now, to discipline myself to do it regularly!

I actually did an entire hour of cardio today and the best part is that I don't feel whiped out! I haven't done this much exercise in almost a year. I swear that new supplement I'm taking is working!!!

I've been crap to be honest with my fitness plans. However, recently and mostly inspired by Cherry, I have been exercising more - jogging to be specific. The boyf is away on tour and so I have been walking the dog every day rather than him. It's been good and actually fun! I'm going to start yoga next week as I've been paid and have budgeted it in and I'm really looking forward to it

Aw forget me and my tales of embarrassment, I'm just really proud of you. Things are generally all moving for you too, how great! I'm gonna start Friday too I think, will need the stretching following my thai boxing class the night before (ouch).

What's been helping me exercise is going to the gym when a good TV show is on to distract me. I walk on the treadmill on an incline and then on commercial breaks I force myself to run until the show comes back on. It helps to pass the hour and the commercial breaks force me to run when my will power usually says, "eh f**k it, I'll just walk."

Oooh, that's a good trick! I used to do something similar with songs on my iPod when running - I wouldn't let myself walk until I got to the end of one. Mind tricks are the only way to survive exercise some times...
