Just in time for the NEW YEAR~ I don't want to loose weight but rather tone and gain a little muscle. As soon as docs give me the clear a yoga class or gonna try the WII FIT Yoga. I am at 98 pounds right now and would like to go up to 105. I also would love to increase my stamina since I have laid around for so long now. If I could make a 1 mile in less then 10 in the next few months I would be happy. Even just walking a mile to start I would be happy with that. Good Luck everyone I can not wait to see updates thru the year~Lets go girls!

I guess a good goal for me would be to find new exercised to accomodate my new brain issue. Apparently lifting heavy weight can aggravate my condition. LAME! Maybe I should become a yoga guru!! Pilates might be fun too!

Pilates is suppose to help so much w chronic pain. We have a studio connected to the place I go for my massages. I went on a tour and heard all the benefits WOW. Its so expensive tho. Atleast she was not sure about other places. I am trying to save money or conserve what we have since I think I am in forever debt to the 3 surgeries I just had so the Wii Fit is my new trainer.

Height: 5.5" Weight: 165 lbs (can't seem to get below that but I'm happy that it doesn't ever seem to going up...must check to see if my scale works!)
My goal is to feel better, get out more, do yoga twice a week if I can. I would love to lose 10 lbs but that is not realistic bc of invitro and meds that I'm on right now.
Another goal is to get rid of my tummy bloating and therefore not have anyone ask me if I'm pregnant unless I am pregnant of course. Two people asked me that last year! Can you believe that! I'm not even super overweight! Ugh!

I nearly fainted with the effort but last week I squeezed myself into my normal jeans. I usually can't get them anywhere near closed so this is good news! Now, to get them on and wear them without cutting off circulation to my lower body... I will get my printout tonight. Unless I'm stuck in bed I usually try to get down to the gym at least twice a week. I've had some people ask how I can go to the gym when I sometimes look like death in work. But it's a therapy for me. Since Karen posted on doing short light bursts of cardio with regards to adrenal fatigue, I've felt even better. I never hurt myself (had to learn that though), I do only exercise that doesn't trigger my pain (which varies daily) and I come home feeling great mentally and able to sleep well. I'd like to start a yoga or pilates DVD and will be starting swimming lessons with their next new class. I always say I'll learn to swim but water is great for exercise when you have a chronic condition. If I have surgery I'd like to get active as soon as possible after it and swimming (well, half drowning) was how I got into being active after a slow recovery from my last op, gave me no pain at all whereas walking to the busstop usually was killing me.

Don't laugh but the DVD of pilates I do is a prenatal one because its easier on the ab section and tummy. You can pick and choose how many programs you want to do. Each program on the DVD is 10 minutes total. It's called 10 Minute Solution Prenatal Pilates with Lizbeth Garcia. www.lizbethgarcia.com

I put up a exercise display every year of great dvds and we have prenatal pilates aand childrens yoga a entire section. I went to my ob yesterday and got a accurate weight I am gaining! Height 5 ft Weight 98 lbs Wii Fit has been fun when I did my evaluation tho it said I had the body of a 64 year old. Its MEAN lol but that is prob true! Jacob helped me set everything up I had said wtf just that not the words and I laughed. He said MOM omg its a game lol. Haha I say that to him when he is freaking out on the xbox. The Wii is mean! I went on it and it measured my weight - this was a few years ago when I was bigger and it put me in the overweight category, just and then made my Gemma avatar fat and sad!!! I was not friends with it!! Well done on weight gain Keri, it's really good news I have no idea what I weigh now as our scales are useless and add on anywhere up to 14 pounds to your weight depending on how it feels!!
