Well I was at the nutritionist last week and was down 5 lbs since early December. Also starting a 12 week exercise and nutrition program in mid March.

5 pounds is a very good number, especially with the holidays!

That's a lot of poop and water! I think I need some of that tea Jenaya always raves about because I feel like I'm FULL of poop and water at the moment!

Danced today! Its a workout lol really the game Just Dance is awesome. I suck so bad but really can burn off calories! You go Helen! 5 lbs is awesome when is surgery? Once your galbladder is out I am curious to hear your experience with your weight and food. I'm still under 100 but I keep trying to gain. I would love if I could build more3 stamina I am still so fatigued when I do my wii fit. Not gym for me yet:(

I have to admit I have a ways to go to get back on track. Anyone else have some success that they can share to inspire the rest of us?

I'm still thin from last year's challenge! I've kept all 20lbs off. I guess that's a success story? lol

Ah, yes, that certainly counts! Congrats! I'm only up about 2-3 pounds so I'm fine with that, but exercise and losing inches are on the shelf at the moment...

Well, I'm just waiting for my belly to heal and then get on the treadmill.

I haven't really done anything exercise wise but I know I've lost weight as I actually had to buy some new clothes as mine don't fit! I don't have scales but that's probably a good thing now as when I did I was on them every day which is pointless really.

I only got essentials as I can't afford a whole new wardrobe, but it was fun buying smaller clothes!

I made some progress... Slight, but it's progress none the less!
I haven't been to the gym in about 1 or 1-1/2 months. Have been slogged down by the energy sucker that seems to have taken over my body and honestly, going to the gym hasn't even OCCURRED to me at all (despite having to drive past it EVERY SINGLE DAY!) But, today I was driving home from work and thought, 'hey, I should go to the gym today!' I got home, put my clothes and shoes on, and was ready to head out the door when I realized my iPod is out of juice. And I CAN'T go to the gym without it. No iPod means running sucks and I can't time myself, and the machines are out of the question because nothing is ever good on TV and their music stations suck.
So, my progress is that I THOUGHT about going to the gym and put my gym clothes ON! Tomorrow? Who knows - I might just go!

I could bollock you for this...but I've done the same thing...realised batt was dead and panicked. Then I realised I can't use ipod in pool anyway so I went swimming instead. That was nearly a year ago. Or two?? I was very proud of myself though! And yes, it's progress babe.
While I've been out of action since surgery I haven't been angelic with my diet and obviously I've done very little activity, but my weight has pretty much stayed the same and my bloating is down cos I'm pooping well. I'm excited to see what happens when I can get more active and pay more attention to my diet!
