Ah, yes, but going swimming would require me to comb my leg hair before I go. My weight was pretty much the same until February. Don't know if it was the awful thyroid med or just me.

I still haven't learned to swim but I'm looking for a good yoga DVD to start me off so that I can join a class. I need to get back to the gym and will be hula-hopping in the meantime to loosen my abdomen a bit...

Drumroll please... I went to Pilates tonight! Haven't gone in a month and a half, I think, and they switched instructors on me! But, I left work today and still had a tiny bit of energy so I went and it kicked me ass...
Ran into an old friend from college there, too! I knew she lived down here and run into her every few years. Small world!

Wahoo that's great, an ass kicking might be just the right now as well. Hope you feel fresh again tomorrow. I can wait to get back into it. I'm trying some weightless exercises tomorrow. Not done cardio in so long I think I will power-walk to 5km around my park as the weather is (touch wood) good right now.

Am jealous of your park and nice weather! (I hope I didn't just jinx it for you.) We're still in the miserable rainy spring stuff, but as soon as that sun comes out, I'll be itching to walk some trails. Funny thing, I don't feel completely wiped out, felt better today overall. Perhaps the fog is lifting? If that's the case, I hope to be back at the gym a few days a week? Don't want to push it too much, but soon...

I'm considering using my next bonus to hopefully pay for my gym membership again. Dying to heal up properly so I can start doing stuff again.

I wanted to post this picture of a woman I used to work with at the hospital. Her name is Ro and she's probably the most positive and fantastic person I have ever met in my entire life. She used to be 330lbs and battled horrible depression issues and compulsive eating. One day she had a realization that she was losing her life, facing horrible health problems, she didn't feel good, everything was failing. She woke up one day and said NO MORE. Today she is a champion body builder and personal trainer and everytime I see her post a new picture she just looks better and better. I just thought I'd share her story. It makes me want to go and do like 800 sit ups now. LOL Attachments:

Reading through this thread, I would like to tell you all that is is May, and I have done bugger all!!!!
Feeling pretty flabby now though, so am going to have to get motivated. Get back on the diet and finally start jogging and going to yoga. Shout at me every so often, seriously, I need it.

I haven't done anything either but I have started to feel better recently so I might start back up. I have gained some weight back that I lost last summer and I'm pretty bummed about it. It's so hard to get going again after a break!
