I'm getting darn good and mad about this. Well, I think it can't be anything too bad because last month I had 3 weeks of peace and great peeing after I treated the BV the first time. So - if it was something bad I wouldn't have been feeling good at all. I will literally get to the "bottom" of this no pun intended and finally have some peace and control back in my life. I want to get pregnant so badly, 2 months now down the drain with trying to fix all of this and my husband has been amazing! No pressure for sex and that helps so much - I still feel guilty though and I'll have to make it up to him big time when I am finally over all of this. Something has to be out of wack in my body, I have NEVER had issues with UTI's, bladder infection, yeast or BV up until afew months ago. This is a great diet plan though, but I'm not trying to loose weight - can't afford to loose weight... Oh well. Hoping that the chiropractor x ray gives me some answers today. Thanks ladies! As always, you're the best and I'm so thankful that you are all here for support!

Fingers and toes crossed for you! I really hope by tomorrow after the adjustments you'll notice a difference. Hopefully this is it and you'll have some relief soon!

Can anyone tell me which hormones are highest during our periods and for about 2 weeks after. I am gathering information because I believe there is a pattern to my problem and I wonder if those hormones can get balanced somehow if things would improve.

Read Taking Charge of your Fertility by Tony Weschler. That really got me started on learning about this stuff. Karen also recommends a book about hormones I think by Dr. Lee? I know how confusing this can be which is why you should get TCOYF.... really has helped me so much to start to understand my own body.... GOod luck Nicole, sounds like you're soldiering through but I know how wearing it is even with a pee issue to go on and on and on not knowing. keep your chin up! wishing you well....

Yup, TCOYF explains it all so it's plain as day. If you're trying to get pregnant, it's also a must-have. You'll be kicking yourself for not getting it sooner.

Seeing as this is not actually about pain relief but the actual action of trying to pass urine with difficulty, I'm gonna go ahead and shift it to the Related Health Issues forum.

I thought a full explanation of the hormone cycling is explained in that book?
