Thrilled to bits for you honey. How's the belly button? It took AGES for my split wound to heal due to it being around the waist line and covered up, I'd imagine belly button is the same.

Yup, belly button is still sore. Was on anti biotics for 10 days and I finally stopped oozing two days before I stopped take them. But it's pretty much healed. Sex is freakin fantastic. I didn't know I had pain with sex until I had it without!!! Does that make sense? I realize that some o the things I was feeling with sex are now gone and my sense of feeling is so intensified. Sorry if too much info but I'm just sayin!!!!! Wow ! My orgasms last a looooong time and it's awesome. Amazing. I love sex!!!! Ha ha ha!!!!! My husband says I feel tighter (cheers for him) and we are both having a blast! I really hope this lasts (being pain free) and this really is the end of it for me. I hope, I pray, I hope, I pray. I haven't felt this good in years !!!! I am having some hormonal issues; headaches, tender breasts, etc. I know that is a sign of my estrogen high and not enough progesterone. It's hard to tell what is going on though without a period anymore. I don't know how to track my cycle anymore. I don't have an appt for blood work with my natruopath until July. I don't see how I can have too high of Estrogen with just one ovary…unless that is just the nature of Endo……

Awesome news all around! Well, except for the hormonal side effects...
Since you don't have periods, you can still temp. If you still have an ovary, that should still (I think) show the hormonal shifts throughout the month. And it may be good to bring with you to your NP appointment. Just a thought!

Tamela, I wasn't familiar with your story before and just read your whole thread from the beginning. Just wanted to say I'm so happy that you're feeling great now and I really, really hope it lasts for you. Here's to many, many years of amazing sex and being pain free--you deserve it after all you've been through.

Hi all, haven't posted or been on in awhile. Just wanted to give an update. Am still feeling fantastic with absolutely no symptoms. I am still pain free and can't believe how much better my quality of life is!! Seems excision with a specialist is definitely the way to go! I am still dealing with balancing out my hormones however but considering that doesn't involve pain I can deal with it! My estrogen is still high which is puzzling because I have no right ovary and no uterus!! My NP thinks its either poor liver or that my body is converting testosterone into estrogen. So I'm on progesterone cream, flaxseeds, and a natural estrogen metabolism supplement. My estrogen is higher now than before my surgery!!! I have a blood test in January to see if that's helped. I also discovered that my gallbladder is trashed. I've got tons of bile and tiny stones, so I'm doing some major cleansing using Dr. Schultze products. Seems to be helping. I hope all of you are doing well. I wish all of you a very happy holiday season and may this next year find you in better health. Love to you all!!!

Aw, such good news about your quality of life! Thrilled for you, hun. Thanks for popping in - a lot of time the success stories leave when they feel better, so it's good to know some women are doing so well despite endo! Happy holidays to you, too!
