There are some articles on cysts on his site. The thing he told me is that if you have endometrioma cysts on your ovaries it normally means more extensive endo in other areas including bowel. With me personally the cyst came back quick because my first surgery couldn't remove all of it. My cyst did rupture the first time at 6cm and when they removed my ovary with this last surgery, I had two cysts one of which was 6cm. I know it would of ruptured on me sooner or later. From what I have read, they just continue to get bigger. I went back to work part time this week and did well, other than having an enchilada and my bowels hating me for it. I guess I'm not ready for that yet. I am on Hystersisters and am mid reading about one ovary stuff. I am writing Redwine a thank you letter and will post it here soon. Hope all of you are doing well and am so grateful for this forum!!

Wide awake at 2:30. This sucks. I came home from work today, got undressed and noticed my belly button had apparently been leaking all day and when I went to clean it it was runny yellow liquid and a bit of blood. I'm assuming that's not good and will call my naturopath/ doc in the morning. It is sore and am hoping it's a mild infection that can easily be fixed Other than that, my bowels are still adjusting. If I vary too much from a bland diet I have the runs. I actually was making dinner the other night, thought I hard to fart and majorly crapped my pants. Needless to say I got in the shower and sobbed I keep telling myself that the bowel resection takes longer to heal and to be patient. It is hard. I feel great otherwise and just want to get on with my life. My husband keeps telling me to realize that it will only be six weeks Tuesday which I was only supposed to go back to work part time then. I have already been back to work for two weeks part time. Patience is not my strong point and it needs to be right now. Thanks for listening.

I'm sorry, Tamela. What you're going through is extremely difficult - mentally and physically. It's ok to feel down at times. NONE of this is easy! I hope your belly button is ok. I'm sure some antibiotics will help you heal in no time!

Thanks so much you guys. Yes pretty I can be told to get off my butt and rest. I am stubborn. My husband told me to go to the doctor in Monday and I didn't listen!!!! Dumb me. Anyway, I saw the doctor. It's an infection and I'm on antibiotics for ten days. Nothing serious, just need to pamper it and keep an eye on it. And she wants me on probiotics. She was adamant about that part!!! I still have my six week post op checkup Tuesday and will let you know how that goes. I love this site and it helps so much knowing you guys are there and understand. Thank you!

Rest honey order Net Flix or read good book or find something that keeps you laying down. You are worring me you had alot done. Its hard to really be patient doll but do it your body has been thru alot let your body heal even if he takes a few months do not push it. I can suggest a ton of good movies, and books if you would like I can make up a list for you:)

Well today I rested but had a nasty headache. Haven't had a headache since the surgery. Other than that, just sore from the infection and sick of being in bed. I know I need to though.

It could just be from the infection that you got the headache? Or maybe the antibiotics? Hang in there and rest, drink alot of fluids!

Any chance you're coming off pain pills? I had some killer headaches after coming off percocet, and I was only on it for a week or so! Whatever the case, hope it gets better soon!

My neurologist called those rebound headaches when you're coming off pain killers.
I hope you feel better soon!
