Vermont got it so bad I goggled it and it is soooooo flooded and not in good shape. One pic I saw was cars just stuck there! how could you go and even find your car if it was carried away? I can't imaging all I can relate with it is seeing my dads house in total shambles months after. Jacob was helping clear it all out as much as he could. I took pictures of the two trying to work together it was a bounding experience for them but tragedy can bring a family together.
I hope Vermont gets cleaned up fast....

We're having an Indian summer - a late one! We've got about a week of crazy weather - my car registered 29 deg today - must be up in the high 70's/80's? It's as hot as it was in Greece FFS!!! But apparently, the week after next, we're forecast for snow!!! How f**ked up? ?

I could open teh basement door to my house for the first time in a month (it swells in the rain) yesterday, and now here we are again: rain. and COLD RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't even get in my house this last month, without 5 - 8 full body slams on teh door, which is quite painful for endo.
the husband and I are just gonna go to the mountains and camp in the rain. I miss my camping!

It's gorgeous in England at the mo! Yesterday was the hottest October day since UK records began (at 29.9 degrees Celsius--I dunno what that is in farenheit, but it's hot). We had to get the fan back out. In OCTOBER. Yay! Of course, from tomorrow it's back to being rainy and they're also saying the snow is gonna come really early this year.
