I'm so sorry, Nicolle. Dealing with constant pain is such a drain--physically, emotionally, mentally. It's so natural to want to share, but it's hard to keep sharing the same thing: "I hurt; give me a hug". It's hard mostly I guess because people who don't have the same experience don't understand. Sending you a hug from here! I hope your Christmas improves.

We havent seen the in-laws yet, my father in law is the most likely to drop a less-than-obvious comment about wanting grandchildren (ironically we are the most likely candidates). Since I got my period on Christmas (and all that comes with it), I think I might pop him in the face if he does!! I love them all, but yeah, they don't get it.

It just breaks my heart. I'm going to miss him so much.

I just can't believe it. I can't believe he's really gone. He struggled so much, but I really thought he was going to be able to make it. I'm grateful he is at peace now, but it still really hurts.
