NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOD a little bit of my soul just DIED!!!!!!!!!! So when I got married, I married into a last name that I absolutely hate (sorry husband) and my husband fought me to the death about changing my last name. I really really REALLY didn't want to change my last name but gave in. My new last name is now J****e, which is pronounced janky and every time I hear someone use that word I just want to scream!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!! It's ok to laugh at me I know I know... Sorry rant over. Back to the ALC/ALA talk. I'm gonna go kick rocks now... #$#@%&*&%&%&!@!!!

Lol. Sorry.
I've been hit and miss with it. I really should get back into a regular routine cos I'm pretty sure it was doing me some good.

oh man, Jenaya. I was quite content to change my maiden name (Hall) for my married name (Farthing), but I can see wanting to keep your maiden name.
and I hear you on the expense. I've put off buying new tires (for my bicycle) for 2 months because I NEED the ALC/ALA. My tires are threadbare, and I've had 4 flats in 2 weeks on my rear tire. THat tube has 5 patches in it!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing sexier than sitting on the side of the road with a handpump patching a tube, in heels and a skirt and 100 degrees. Sigh..........

HAHA awww! Poor bike! I totally understand though. It's so expensive. I don't have any money left and we're kinda broke until we catch up from all the medical bills and crap. My student loan check comes in about 3 weeks. I may just have to indulge.

I swear, ladies, try www.vitacost.com. ALA/ACA is still a bit pricy, but you can get it online in varying strengths, separately, or together and it might be cheaper than where you're currently getting it. Just a tip!

Jenaya!!! I killed part of your soul!!! I'm so very sorry! I promise to never use that word here ever again! Does it help to know that my last name is Assalone? Pronounced as it is spelled. And my first name, Lee-Ann, is easily morphed into Leave My, and everyone likes to think they are the clever one who thought it up. Made you laugh at least??

YIKES!! No I don't get headaches with them. This might be a stretch here but are yours gluten free? Since I know gluten is the cause of my migraines I'm on this gluten free kick. Mine from GNC are gluten free.

Yes, ladies, t'is sad but true. In Italy it would sound all melodic and lovely, but here in Kentucky it's more like "yer name ain't rully ASS ALONE is it? Bwahahaha! That thers sum funny sh*t!"
But I digress... Hellsbells, that's not sounding too good. Do your headaches coincide with when you started the ALC? Do you take the combo (with ALA)? If so, maybe start by trying one or the other to see if it gets better?
I was finally able to order more and will be paying extra special attention to how it makes me feel. Re-introducing one supplement at a time...
