I didn't for the past 2 days just because I have had the spotting and wasn't feeling good. I'm beyond upset with the bleeding - it's dark not sure what that means...usually old blood I though but why so much again? It was like this on Sunday and then it started to improve and I thought it was done yesterday and now this. How in the world could taking only 1 birth control pill cause this?

well, they are serious drugs, and cause LOTS of issues. I'm not surprised, but I know how taxing it feels being unsure. However on the temping, you would definitely have noticed an upward shift for 18 days so if you haven't temped in 2 days, was it elevated before that?

No, it was high and then it went down. I just spoke to 2 gyno's offices, 1 by my work and the specialist office. They both think it's hormomal. They said if the blood is brown which it is that it's old blood and to just wait. She said I could be seen on Friday if it hasn't improved. I'm so down about this - it's really messing with my head.

Good luck! PT was certainly in the top 3 things I've done to significantly improve my quality of life! I hope it helps you as much, but would encourage you to keep an open mind about other things to try in conjunction with it. What I'm gently trying to say is don't put all your eggs in one basket! PT may really help some things for you, but might not help all, so keep on the look out for other things to do as well. But I really, really, REALLY hope you get an AWESOME PT!!

Nicole, you still havent tried the diet, right? What you describe as 'something swelling up' is inflammation, which could be relieved by dietary changes.... ask your NP about it. Inflammation, endometriosis and these problems go hand in hand with foods that promote inflammation like wheat, dairy, etc... good luck! Have you read "Endometriosis the complete reference for taking charge of your health"? It explains the endo/inflammation connection really well and has lots of other good info too. LOTS! I was kicking myself when I finally got that book for not getting it a year ago!

I was given vaginal muscle relaxers too, they're still in my fridge, I would use them for sex, but since we're TTC, I feel like it's not good having drugs in there with the sperm lol
ps Nicole, that omelette sounds endo friendly, except for the cheese! way to go girl!

Pretty - can you tell me what kind of muscle relaxers they are? Are they pills or suppository? I was reading online that hot baths with epsom salts are really good for pelvic floor issues and it's funny because I take a hot bath every night - that's one of the only things that help to make me feel better. It's neat how the body sometimes just knows what you need for relief.
yes, the eggs were YUMMY! I can't do eggs like that w.o cheese! Bad girl!
