Shona I love tetley but cos of the PG pyramid bags you get a stronger cup so I buy those! This weekend I'm only having water and herbal, no granulated sugar just honey! It's cos in work we have a starbucks and all I drink is coffee (which I normally can't stand!) and coke and other fizzy stuff. It's making me loopy! So this weekend it's detox then no more coffee thereafter. Dunno if I can give up my PG tips though xx

I buy PG here in the states!! It's soooooooooo good. By far one of the better teas in my humble American opinion!
This is silly, how do you usually drink your tea? I put a bit of sugar and milk.

I have it with milk and sugar too, cos it's only PG which is a good everyday blend! Things like Earl Gray which are more fragrant you may only put a touch of milk in, and I don't think you should put lemon in unless it's green or herbal tea. In my humble british opinion xx

It's just a brand of black tea here in the UK like rooibos or yorkshire tea or maybe lipton? I'm not sure what the PG stands for but it had chimps who drank tea in the commercials for about 35 years! xx

My cup of tea comforts me and the coffee actually gives me digestive discomfort so I'll keep the tea for now and just use whitening toothpaste! I started again with my camomile today so it's fine, think I've finally gone off the starbucks xx

Dont feel bad bout the coffee, we all break the rules.
I still cant seem to stop having the odd coffee, its like a huge indulgence for me, so sometimes i just want to it, the hell with the diet.
But its ok as long as it doesnt become habit i figure.
Stress will always make me turn to coffee though.
I actually got off it completely a number of times, and something happens that i start again. The first time i went to Greece, and yes thats a reason to start again, lol
The second, well, my dad died. Im working on getting back of it again, but find every couple of days i really want it just out of the blue.

Ooh, has anyone here tried lavender tea? Pretty much black tea, mixed with bergamot, and lavender. It's really nice, like Early Grey, only milder and more fragrant. I drink coffee 2 times a month, at most, when I'm at an aquaintences' house. People think it's weird cuz I'll make such a deal over having one, like "Oh, I don't know, hmm... oh well, okay!"., I'm hoping you all try to buy fair trade coffee, I did an essay on the coffee industry and it's disgusting how little funds the farmers recieve for their crops and work. Same goes for tea and chocolate... not sure what brands are guilty (for coffee it's Maxwell, Nabob, etc...) Also, coffee shops like Starbuck, Williams, Tim Hortons etc... don't necessarily support fair trade farming... Please think about this when you pay $3.00 for a moccachino, migrant workers make under .50 cents per bushel basket!!
