I have just found out that i have endo... I had stopped drinking coffee for a little while due to ovarian cysts forming and trying anything that might help. It deffinetly helped and too bad I gave back in and had another cyst form... and found out I have endo. Is tea okay to have? Do you have to stay away from caffeine all together? I've never been a tea drinker but does anyone have some recipes I should try? God Bless

I was a heavy coffee drinker and switched to tea and feel allot better.
And yes stay far from caffeine completely.
If you don't like tea take those that have flavor like mint, rose or even ginger.
And here is i little drink you can make if you can't sleep at nite.
2 glasses of water 1 slice of lemon 2-3 small piece of ginger and honey to taste
Boil for 10 min and drink
its good for a cold, flu and allot of other things to.
Well hope this helps

I drink tea instead of coffee. I like it and hurt a lot less with it. There is such a variety. I like to drink Japanese Green tea and Chamomille tea, not at the same time of course. Add a little lemon juice and honey and it works great for a cold. Caffeine is the enemy. If I drink one caffeinated soda, I am out of commission for at least 1 day, because of the pain. About all I can handle is water, tea, and strawberry lemonade. Each body is different, though. Good luck and I hope this helps. Lynette

Hi There,
I stopped drinking coffee in the morning a while ago and now I drink herbal or decaf green tea and I've noticed a big difference. Peppermint, decaf Vanilla, or Orange seem to be the best for my stomach. You might stay away from Chamm. and Red Rasberry.

I have one organic coffee in the morning, and organic green tea the rest of the day. It works well for me.
