Woo since I started back at the gym I haven't had any random gushing of blood or nasty womb pain. I'm never having a mirena fitted again, it did not agree with me! I think it helps that I'm doing my cardio on the bike so no jiggling the lady parts and I'm going easy on the weights for now too. Next, learning to swim!

Holy cow, am I tired!!! I'm going to be hurting on Monday.
Thursday - Worked half a day, ran a ton of errands, taped, primed and painted one coat in our living rooms (2 connected)
Friday - got up at 5am (thanks to my son), painted final coat, went to Bay Beach (local park with rides) in the hot sun all day, de-tapped both living rooms, relaxed a bit.
Saturday -Dishes, picked up the house, Watered/fed the garden and plants, washed laundry all day, drove 20 minutes one way to wonder around Hobby Lobby trying to decorate my house (left frustrated and empty handed), organized our winter stuff and hunting stuff into totes for the storage room, wrote out bills, went BACK to Hobby Lobby the the future mother in law for the next 3 hours!! (spent $59 and got $350 worth of stuff), went to walmart, primed and painted two tables, made dinner, decorate my living rooms (hung wall stuff, etc), and now I will fold about 6 loads of laundry and put it away.
Sunday - I have to run 20 minutes to a Bed Bath & Beyond to finish my living room decorations, do another coat on the tables, bake a cake, wrap my fiance's fathers day gifts, do more dishes, vaccum and sweep, cat box, grocery store and sew two things that will complete my living rooms! And this is all before 3:00 when my fiance gets home from his 5 day fishing trip (the painting and decorating is a suprise)
phew...i'm exhausted!

I'm starting to get some nasty twinges but generally LOVING my time at the gym. I find I work well alone. Thanks Karen, I feel like woooo hooooo every time I finish a work out and feel tired but good, achey but not in genuine pain. I could cry with how good it feels! I'm also seeing my heart rate drop little by little, it's still at 90bpm resting but is much lower when I work out. I'm going to cancel my pain clinic referral.

Ah I wouldn't if I were you. I felt like doing that cos my pain was better - but it's worth while keeping your options open babe.

Yeah, I'm with Helen on that. Particularly if you're starting to get some twinges when you work out. My PT is showing me some awesome moves that I should work on to HELP things, might be worth it to at least go and hear what they have to say!
Liz, sounds like you're wearing yourself right out! I'm one to do something similar, though, so I can't scold, but at least take it easy the next few days, k?
And Bay Beach? Awww, I haven't been there since I was a little kid!! Are all the rides still 10 cents?? My friend brought her 1.5 year old there and took her on all the little kiddie rides. Her daughter CRIED every time she took her off of a ride (at least for the first few rides) because she thought she was all done, and she finally realized that she'd get to go on a lot of rides. How cute!

Yeah, everything is done right now, so i'm waiting for my fiance touall be home soon and hopefully he loves it. I'll post before and after pictures of my project eventually.
Actually Bay Beach tickets are $0.25 now. 2 adults and 2 kids, we bought $10 worth and we rode stuff all day (some rides were $2.00 for all 4 of us), and we ended up giving away our last 3 tickets because everyone was tired and wanted to go home. My son LOVED the big slide, and the train. It was a good day.

Ok...so you'd think I'd learn by now...
I honestly didn't do too much this weekend. I helped finish the interior of the TransAm, helped wash & wax it on Saturday (we do lots of our projects together, I love it), today I cleaned out our office, which has kind of become a catch all since we moved in, and I wanted to get it set up as a craft/kids tv room. It honestly hasn't taken me very long. HOWEVER...In a different post I mentioned that Friday night I had what I thought was a really mild ruptured ovarian cyst. OH NO! I think it was just a cyst forming or being sore or something, not really sure (unless I've got more than one). Today towards the end of my projects the sudden really sharp pain has set in. *sigh* I thought I'd gotten off lucky this month.
I'm going to take it easy for the rest of the day, I've really done a lot last weekend and this weekend and if I can just really push through and bust my butt next weekend as well, I think I will have about 99% of all my projects done that I wanted to get done on my house before the housewarming party (and I can really relax then). So, even thought I really shouldn't push myself so hard, I'm in the home stretch.

Well, I got up early, had brekkie, spent a couple of hours hard labour in the garden, made lunch and vacuumed. I took painkillers before I started, and a little while after I settled down. And I really don't feel too sore. Might be the way forward grils......!

I worked a wedding yesterday. It was hot, it was long, and I was tired from the start. We only worked about 7 hours, but that meant 7 hours on our feet... Today, I'm a zombie. Took a 2 hour nap and I still don't think it was enough! I'm hoping I'm feeling better tomorrow. I'm glad I'm not working many this summer, and I'm hoping after this summer, I'll never have to work any more ever again. This is killing me!

No, I wasn't out there for 7 whole hours, maybe only 1 total, the rest was inside. But that 1 hour in the direct sun was enough! Oh, and the mosquitoes were awful, too!

they are by you too huh? I tend to stay inside at night if I can help it.
oh yeah, one hour in the heat will do it. A nap today sounds like it would have felt good.

Yup, just awful. Normally they don't really go after me, but yesterday we were taking photos by a small pond... Ugh.
Hope you're feeling better and I hope you really DO take it easy once the big stuff is taken care of! You'll wear yourself out, girl!
