Thats where my leg pain started... it was at about the 3 hour standing limit. My back hurts after about 15 minutes so I thought that because my back was hurting me so much it must have krept down my leg... Also, I've been noticing since that my back pain seems to rap around into my hip area which is the point at wich the leg pain connects to my back pain.

Argh! standing! Bane of my existence, im sure if i could just stand, things would be alot easier. Drives me nuts, makes it hard to even cook dinner, insane. Yeah i get terrible back pain too, its often the worst pain, but its always radiating from my abdomen.

I am so glad you agree that cooking dinner can be the worst!!! Not to mention laundry, showering, vacuuming... anything that requires me to stand up for more than 10 minutes!! They say that your lower back takes a lot of the pain for your abdomen. I know mine starts there, but my back is what is always always hurting no matter what I do. It is SO frustrating!!

My leg pain is horrible. It starts in my back and then creeps into my hip and down my leg. When I first started back to work the girls there told me it's just the job and your muscles will adjust...haha not even maybe. It just kept getting worse. And now I know that it's the inflammation from the endo.

Is it on the right side or the left?

I just posted about this on another board!
I get this pain down the top of my left thigh to my knee from ovulation until after AF. I am newly pregnant and the pain is worse now! I had this happen 2 years ago when I was pregnant and the doc thought it was an ectopic (prior to being diagnosed with endo). It's very comforting knowing that other ladies experience this as well!

It's most likely ligaments stretching now, akgirlie.

i have been dealing with pain in my lrq, hip, and down my legs for some time now. and i am on lupron. i have seen every doctor under the sun..okay, almost every doc. the neurologist mentioned nerve entrapment, so i have spent alot of time on-line, looking that up. there are certain types of nerve entrapment syndromes that have to do with endo, and the like. it is very interesting stuff if you have the time to research it. i know what it is like to be in constant pain and have no answers.
lots of luck

Interesting, norma! I will have to look that up. I hate not being able to stand or walk for extended periods. I get a couple "good days" a month, where I CAN walk for a while (so I do!), but other than that, it's only a few minutes at a time. It really puts a hold on my life.

I get like a dull ache from the top of thighs to knees usually about a week before my period and a week after. The only thing I find that helps is if my DH really rubs them, but as soon as he stops there as bad as ever.

The cramps I am having this month are almost entirely in my legs -does anyone else experience a lot of variety in the location of pain each month? I know that even the tiniest bit of gas or digestive movement causes excruciating pain that can radiate all over but today the pain is even in my hips! I feel like they are collapsing! For about a week out of the month (and sometimes more) I look like a decrepit old woman. Of course, sometimes I can not even stand up!

I have pain all the time, so yeah i do get alot of variety in locations. Most of my pain really is central lower abdo, but will go to the sides, my back, my legs, and on my hips is pretty common, especially if ive been standing a while.

Yes, I have leg pain all the way down the backs of my legs to my ankles, which is alot worse the week before and during my period. Also I get a lot of pain in my back - and like Camille, any digestive movement causes bad pain to radiate all over my body, right up to my shoulders - not good, as I have IBS, too. I find that my legs and buttocks always feel achy and draggy when I walk uphill or climb stairs - and I am actually quite active, so it's not lack of exercise.
