No change. can't pee in the toilet, peeing only in the tub, still on the AZO pill which apparently numbs the bladder to reduce pain - just waiting till monday praying this isn't serious.

I pretty much never say this but I think this may warrant a trip to the ER. Jenaya you worked in the ER? What do you think??

well if you're not passing any urine then that would definitely be a medical emergency. What makes it easier to go in the tub? Does it relieve the pain?

I guess going in the tub, the warm water immediately gives me the sensation to go. I woke up in the night, couldn't pee so went in the tub again. I'm so scared, what is going on? This literally happened 1 week ago last saturday - hit me out of no where. Already ruined 1 pair of undies with this azo making my urine orange.

It is really scary. You do need to see that urologist. Listen to your body. If it gets to be too much please go to the ER so they can cath you. In the mean time, maybe a panty liner will help with the orange stuff? I'm sorry this is happening to you. I hope it's something easily fixed.

This literally happened 1 week ago last saturday - hit me out of no where. Already ruined 1 pair of undies with this azo making my urine orange. I don't know if everyone keeps a jug in the bathroom like I do, bit of a nostalgia from kiddy hair washing days in the 80s. Anyhoo, how about pouring over a jug of warm water rather than having to sit in the tub? It's cleaner and will be less inconvenient overall. Just pour, pee and then dry off when you're finished. I really feel for you right now It sounds to me like a water infection just from my experience with endo on the bladder vs water infections. With endo it wasn't so suddenly severe but then again this guess-work from another layperson. See your doc asap, you need to get this sorted it could be extremely dangerous for you! Whether it's endo or a bladder infection or seperate problem with your pelvic muscles, you need help urgently. If it's an infection, it will only get worse as it will kinda brew in your bladder with you not being able to go as often as you naturally would. Take care and let us know how you are ok?

The only thing I've had that comes close to what you're experiencing was a kidney infection. Normally kidney infections come with nausea, vomiting, or a fever. I didn't have any of those. I just couldn't pee. It was sooo painful, my kidneys ached, my abdomen hurt so badly. I would feel the urge to pee non stop and when I would sit on the toilet nothing would come out. It got so bad that it was getting hard to walk. I even tried to go to work and finally just asked one of the docs to test my urine. She was like, HOLY CRAP you have a raging kidney infection. My blood pressure was even high from the pain! I just needed antibiotics to treat it. I'm hoping that your treatment is simple too

No fever, I keep checking. I also am using the pantyliner, guess I learned the hard way. Also stained a towel, thought I was clean after the bathtub but I guess not. I have no pain, just can't pee but I do feel a little nausea and am not very hungry. My sister in law is a nurse and she said I'm probably going to need a CT scan as well. I would think if it was somehting bad wouldn't I have had symptoms for months? I can't think that if this is reallly bad that it would just spring up on me. I'm very scared. The urine test on friday at the dr. showed a little blood but not much. I finally passed some stool so that's good, I hadn't gone since thursday so i was worried. What's wrong with me?? I'm so sad right now.

I wonder if you have a kidney stone that's stuck somewhere. The only weird part is that you don't have pain. Could be endo too though... :/

If it's endo will the urologist see it? don't forget, when I'm on the toilet I still have some of that mild pain near my vaginal bone/rectal area. will the kidney stone show up for the urologist or will it show on a CT scan? I'm balling right now, still so scared.

Not long now and you'll get to see the doctor. Make sure you get your point across and let them know how scared you feel, hopefully they'll be able to put your mind at ease. I suspect a kidney stone would show up on most scans?

The urologist wouldn't necessarily see the endo. Mine was growing over the outside of my bladder like ivy. When I've had some issues in the past few weeks and they tested my urine, they've found blood in it and because I have no issues peeing the doc said it may well be the endo, it may be an infection that I'm not feeling the effects of. I agree with Helen, make sure they know. I think a lot of docs will assume that you're over-exaggerating or just think you're getting a bit too upset about something minor, so they seem to take everything you say with a pinch of salt I find. Be firm about how bad you're feeling. I think that with you having to work so hard to pee that maybe that's why you have the pain to the rear? Really hope this clears up soon for you.

I drank alot of water all morning, I put my hotpack on my tummy and tried to pee on the toilet, it worked. Thewater was all orange but there were also these white floaty things in the water. I know it's gross but I put my finger in the water and the white just separated right away. I noticed on friday at the dr office when I had to give the urine sample I also saw those white floaty things n the water. Is this a clue to my problem? Still scared.
