Feeling very low today for some reason. Think It's normal for me around ovulation time, little things that bother seem to get totally blown out of perspective. I seriously feel the need to just sit and get plastered. Still not smoking though. Please God let my hormones settle down..........soon

Hi Karen. I had a bit of an upset to do with a very close friend last weekend, which unfortunately sent me back onto the ciggies. I didn't post about what happened because it felt a little personal. I didn't smike as many, but things felt a little calmer during the week and since last Friday morning I'm now successfully back on the patches. So been another 4 days. My lap is FINALLY almost here, next Tuesday. Just want to be as healthy as I can for the anaesthetic etc. Period about to start and it hurts :-(
But thanks for asking babe! How are you? How's the job going?

Ah, well, setbacks are ok, as long as they're not permanent setbacks! Good for you for getting back on track!
I'm well - job is going well, thanks for asking!

Try not to worry too much, the anaesthetist will take care of all that for you. Mine came to see me just before my op in August cos of my past problems under anaesthetic and though I hadn't been nervous she left me feeling assured just cos she'd taken the time to see me. Just try to concentrate on the fact that you'll be getting the answers you need (and a free pass on helping with the christmas dinner!), we're always here for you ducky

Thinking of you, I hope you got put on the morning list cos it's horribly boring waiting. And it's too cold to try and doze when you're in a chilly hospital bed in one of those gowns with your arse hanging out!

Thankyou ladies, I'm home safe and well. Bit of a crappy day all in all, but will give more detail when I post my lap story (which will mainly conist of bitching about nurses who were bitching!).
So anyway, here's the good news. I have it. I bloody well have it, so STICK THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT MR GP!!!!!!!
It was found on/around my bladder, at top of vagina (can't quite work that one out mind) and I think on the tubes from bladder to kidney, and he couldn't get all of that. Hystersoscopy was fine, all looks normal in there. Dye study - right tube was fine, couldn't get dye through left (where most have my bother has been) but he put that down to something 'technical' -doesn't seem to think it's blocked. Also had Mirena put in, so with that he's put me on depo tablets for 6 months to try and kill off the rest. Back to see him in March. So I'm kinda happy, and feel quite lucky that there is a cause to my pain and discomfort, but it's not as extensive as some of you poor ladies. Fingers crossed it's all going to get better from now on. Just really glad it's over. Will be even happier when the gas goes!! Have a cut at belly button and one on the left side of tummy.
Thanks for all your support girls, I've got to 'senior member' in the last couple of months but only just now finally feel legit!! Lol xx
