Good for the both of you!!
Despite how tired I was last night and despite how super easy it would have been to grab take out from down the street, I made dinner. And I have 4 extra helpings to get me through the next few days!

Super interesting to read this. It is one of my questions for you girls about how strictly to stick to the diet. I am pretty good but do drop off the wagon. I think, one little bit of x can't hurt that much surely! It seems it does! That is good to know and makes me more resolved:) to stick to the diet more carefully.

I have a horrible stomachache and I think it was either the goat cheese (which after not feeling bad on, I've eaten a lot of lately) or some ground elk I had 2 nights ago. I have the familiar bloat, an ache across my belly, can't seem to really take a poop, and just feel uncomfortable and gloomy about it. I'm freaking myself out, actually.
Was also thinking, could it be constipation from the half a vicodin I ate on Sunday?
I'm totally freaking myself out!

Uh, yes, vicodin stops me up like no one's business! Why are you freaking yourself out??

welp, my temp is high for 9 am, I'm agitated, and this dull ache is really getting to me. My concern is that it's a bursting cyst or it COULD be possibly ectopic PG... so I have a call in to the doc office to see if they can do a quick blood test for that? This day is starting out so familiar to the day last year that I burst a cyst, thought it was appendicitis, and started this whole thing off... found out about endo then. ANyhow I'm freaking myself out becuase my response to abdominal pain is so off and now I second guess myself a LOT about it. go from feeling lucky I don't 'feel' the pain as a sharp pain rather a dull persistent hot ache. It's right on where my left ovary should be. I then feel pissed off that I can't feel it better so I can fix it. I am heading into town with my favorite aunt and we're gonna walk around the farmers market then I'll go to the doc for hopefully a blood test, possibly they will send me to the hospital for an ultrasound to check for a cyst or ovary issue. I like having a plan and I like remaining calm so in a way I'm glad it's Saturday and I know what it COULD be so I'm SORT of in control... love you guys. damn endo and it's invisible idiocy....

Ah, yes, I can see your worry now! Best to err on the side of caution and get things checked out just in case. Please let us know how it goes!!

Hey Pretty I hope you are okay. I find the fear of cysts just awful too. It is just rubbish.
On the drugs front I have yet to find something that doesn't mess me about. After 3 or 4 days of constipation I wish I had never taken anything in the first place! Good luck Pretty

well, I decided to come back home and 'watch' myself. hubby is being a real sweetheart, love him! he's just being super supportive - "whatever you want to do is fine honey".... anyhow talked with doc office, can't get an ultrasound without a referral, and the doc in today I've never seen (and really just don't feel like explaining it all) so I'm forgoing the doc appt and will just head to the ER if I get loads more pain. Thinking I'll just tough it out and watch my temp throughout the day - see what happens. However with all these worries, my mind keeps going back to the goat's cheese and elk I ate and wondering if my whole problem is inflammation and swelling from eating the wrong food! lol

Wow pretty. I've been experiencing the very same thing minus the temp issue. I have this burning dull ache where my right ovary is and I've been freaking out as well. It started yesterday and has been bugging me on and off since then. I don't do the temping thing, but maybe I should start.
Ugh freaking cysts hate them and I'm paranoid about my right ovary because that's where I had my cyst in Aug. and had surgery and got my diagnosis.
Thinking of you Pretty and keeping you in my prayers.
I've been effing up the endo diet because I've been stressed out. When I'm stressed I crave chocolate and have been indulging in that plus others things I know I shouldn't be eating. Grr. I've gotta stop.

cheese... I think its going in the naughty list! I wasn't bad and within an hour of eating a piece of Provolone for a snack, I'm miserable again. So no to cheese... Check! I had a healthy rice with steamed veggies and very small pieces of ham for dinner.
