Yes I will, and I will bake them up first and see if any adjustments are needed as far as cooking them in a loaf pan etc.!

My poor kitty has been sick again. I took him to a specialist this time for an ultrasound and they found a bunch of abnormalities. I'm waiting to hear from my holistic vet on how to proceed. My poor meower. I just want him to get better.  |

Thanks for the hugs. It's hard to explain what all the found because I don't understand all the terminology. The specialist said it's nothing to be to concerned over, but it has me worried. I'll post more once I talk to the holistic vet tomorrow.

Been feeling a bit off today. I went to yoga last night and towards the end, I was almost in tears for no good reason. Today, I almost did the same at acupuncture. She normally does all the same points but I think she sensed my impatience. She pointed on a spot on my sternum and asked me if it hurt (it did). She said it was my 'grieving' point. I have no idea why, but I just about lost it! Towards the end of it, I was all jittery again. Just feeling off all together today...

Hope you feel better tomorrow. The first time I ever had acupuncture I started sobbing my eyes out. I guess I had a lot that needed to be released.
So I finally found out what's been wrong with me for over a month now. This past Tuesday my naturopath decided to culture my urine and I have a freaking kidney infection. She thinks I've had it the entire time and the ER docs and my OBGYN completely missed it.
I'm so relieved. I've been so tired and have felt so awful for quite awhile. Now I know what's wrong with me. I'm going to start antibiotics and then go see her on Tuesday for an IV full of vitamins that will hopefully help kick the infection faster.

That's what I keep asking myself Karen. Both people thought I had a bladder infection, but no one thought to culture my urine. All my previous urine tests were coming back clean. I'm just glad I have my naturopath.  |

Paint, I am SO SO glad that got caught. thank GOD. that's really dangerous--a kidney infection for a month? I hope those drugs make you feel better soon.
And Karen, I don't know if it's just the acupuncture for you, but it has knocked me completely sideways emotionally. I'm really struggling with what to do with it, or how to make space for all of the emotions. I never really grieved for the lost pregnancies--I just pushed on--and the acupuncture is bringing it up really painfully. I hope you are feeling better today!

My husband got hurt at work in February and has been on workman's comp since. He's been calling his employer, for a couple of days now, to let him know he's able to return to work this coming Tuesday, but the guy's not responding. Today, hubby called employer's assistant and found that EMPLOYER IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!!! WHAT???!!!!! We're completely shocked. Mostly that the guy didn't feel a need to call my husband to tell him there was no longer a job. Now, we're trying to figure out what the next step is - besides looking for another job!

And as for my emotions, I'm not quite sure what that was about. They didn't really seem to hit until almost a week since my last acupuncture appointment. Odd. But, it seems to have passed at the moment.
Kristin - I'm sad you have something to grieve, but I'm glad you finally have a bit of an outlet, even if it wasn't something you were prepared for!

Thanks rusty. I'm sorry you are going through a rough time with the grieving process. You are in my thoughts. If you ever need a listening ear or want to vent feel free to PM. I've gone through a lot of grieving with acupuncture not over the same things, but I know it can be a really tough process. Hope you and Karen continue to do well and see positive results.
I'm so sorry your husband had to find out about his job that way. That's so disrespectful. I hope he is able to find something else soon.
