Keri maybe try the almonds, it was such a relief! I heard some presenter on radio 1 today saying that when people ask him at the gym how to put weight on, he said eating a Mars bar with every meal is a guaranteed fat gainer! I was a bit lairy all day today but so grateful it's stopped. Made me think of what you guys go through who vomit quite often

Ugh, don't tell me that - I used to eat almonds as a snack every day, though I've recently stopped..
My good news for the day is that there's some big (good) stuff happening at work, and my name has been thrown around as being involved in it. I haven't gotten the official word yet, but the project lead officially told me to put my name in an org chart with a different title...
And YAY for you, Keri!! That's awesome!

Aw Keri, I guess it's progress. I get really paranoid about my teeth when this happens, I'm glad it's not a regular thing for but I really do sympathise with you after my one bad day. My good news today is that I had an unbroken marathon sleep of 11 hours and felt great when I woke up. Well disgruntled cos I lost a whole morning but I feel rested and much better today than I did yesterday.

I really don't know, I've been wondering this all day! I know that usually I enjoy going to bed and have a little routine to get myself ready. The only thing I did differently for the first time in a while is I didn't have something playing as I fell asleep (I like Howl's Moving Castle or Spirited Away) and I also drank warm milk with a tiny bit of honey before bed. Then a glass of water cos I was so thirsty. I was very tired from the minute I got up so maybe my body though 'ok no barfing, no teeth grinding, no nightmares' It was lovely

YAY sleep and no puking! I have good news today too even tho the bad news trumphs the good. Jacob is joining Chess Club~ He is such a little smarty. I have no idea how to play but the fact that my son does makes me a proud mom. He is really excited too so I think I found the perfect gift for him a replica chess set of Napoleons. We saw the real thing at the Biltmore this year and he was in AWWW of it. I can order it online too I think...

re:KSA, yeah for your son! I have good news, I got a real good review at work. That's always good! My evaluation was "that I was doing really well". Good news is so important. With all of us and our various levels of pain and heath problems its so easy to get into the "i'm so miserable" and forget all the good things that happen too. Your awesome Keri to keep trying to find good things to focus on. Way to set an example for everyone! Good and positive thoughts can actually have a beneficial aspect for our health.

I hate posting here on my mobile, it doesn't even post! Keri that's great, I'm not a chess player either it's just beyond me, and he's always sounded so bright and receptive when you talk about him. Does hubby play chess? I can imagine Jacob's face when he opens that gift Christmas morning and I can bet he'll be busting to have a game on it asap! What a great gift.
