Well, for me I discovered that sugar was the culprit. What I did was cut it completely out of my diet for an extended period of time. Then I re-introduced it back into my system by way of a big ass piece of boston cream pie. haha. My body reacted to it so violently! I couldn't fit into any of my jeans the next day.
So I guess if you really want to test it to see if sugar is doing this to you, I'd repeat this same experiment for yourself. It's pretty interesting to see how body reacts to something. And you can do this experiment with any type of food if you wanted to.

I keep hoping that something like cucumbers or beets are the culprit. I don't hate them, but wouldn't miss them either.

Bloating, schmoating. I'm the fat ass who refuses to lose weight! LOL! I've wondered how much is bloating and how much is just plain fat. I'm guessing if it NEVER goes away, it's probably fat.

Yeah it's hard for me to tell. But it sometimes jiggles so that's when I attribute it to weight gain. Oh, podgy belly.

For me, I'm pretty sure the difference between bloat and fat is that some days the bloat is gone and comes back very quickly when I eat. Plain old fat sort of creeps up on me slowly and is still there the next day and the next (and so on). Excess fat on my body doesn't seem to hurt either whereas bloat does hurt. That's the story I'm sticking with anyway.

Difference for me is that the bloat feels solid, uncomfortable, like I have an inflated balloon in my belly.

But I did have about 7 months where I gained weight and now that I have lost it.... yep it was fat! Not bloating! lol

For me it was lately a bit confusing, I've been on the pill back to back for quite some time, so I don't remember my cycle and I've put on a ton of weight. The bloat killed me and was pretty solid feeling, I looked pregnant and I found it was due to my sister's period. The jiggling is more permanent

my tummy always feels pretty hard. but sometimes it sticks out more lol. I just go by my jeans, if they are too tight I know I'm puffed up, because have been losing slowly but surely, so when jeans ARENT loose, I'm bloated. damn stupid fat endo! lol

hmm... my bloating is defintely hard and ridged not jiggy at all like fat. That's how I tell. It feels like someone pumped my tummy full of something hard and it hurts to put anything on it. My usual tummy is soft and squishy, not at all hard! LOL

I can tell the difference. When I bloat I look pregnant like 7 to 8 months. It is huge! No jiggle either. I have a picture saved on my phone of it. If I can figure out how to put it on here I will. It scares me when I get like that. I have a little tummy other wise with a bit of the mommy belly under my csection area. Only way to get rid of that is a trip to get a tummy tuck which will never happen.

Mommy belly, love it. I just feel a tightness in my belly, seriously like there's something inflated in there. Only it never goes away. There has been a few occasions when I get rid of it and I feel like I'm about 10 sizes smaller!

I am huge today! So not only do I get to feel like my left ovary wants to explode ENDO has given me the great gift of being bloated today. So much for wearing my skinny jeans! I have no idea what I would of ate to cause it. The pain this past week has been horrible I took a demerol earlier in the week but I can not imagine that would cause the bloating on friday. I have been taking Ty Pm for the entire week to sleep but am still waking up in the middle of the night. It is getting crazy. I am shopping today with my size 3 friend today this is gonna be FUN! LOL
