Put your bloating rants here!!!
Yep, I'm bloated again. Not quite sure why. Not as bad as recent bloating(2 weeks ago my waist grew by 5" when I had my period!!!), but still not fun...
I'm convinced that if it's due to constipation, I won't be constipated after tonight! I have a pot of beets boiling on the stove and I'll be making a fiber-filled smoothie in a bit as well. But, still, I shouldn't be this bloated!
Normally, when I put clothes on that are tight, they are tight in my hips/thighs. This morning? They were tight on my tummy. Ugh.

Ok...what the heck! I didn't realize this was common!
I'm SOOO bloated right now! Maybe it's a WI thing? I'm also convinced it's due to constipation. Is that a side effect of the endo? My dr says "*shrug* that happens with women sometimes" I've been taking stool softeners for like 2 days and I feel like junk and my tummy really hurts!! I just got my period this week too.
I put on my "fat pants" and they fit a little too snug.
boo for bloating!

I'm convinced it's caused by inflammation, which I then think constipation to an extent... Even if I'm just making that all up, it still SUCKS!
I'm sick of wearing my fat pants ALL the time! I have a stack of pants that'll fit just as soon as it goes down just a tiny bit more... Sigh.

I wonder if inflammation causes bloating, and constipation, which makes bloating worse!

Well, let's just say I never feel skinny on the days that I have pain. Again, it's just my theory. Anyone else have a similar (or completely different) theory?

I just took some meds to help me out with the situation and I now feel SO sick. UGH...I think I'm going to throw up.

Every now and again I get so bloated and so bunged up. Partly down to wheat I think. I take Movicol on a regular basis to help things pass easier! If I don't, I ended struggling to pass a few small pebbles. I think inflammation has a huge part to play.

I have lost 17 pounds, and now my bloating is even wierder. I'ts sadly ironic that I appear to be pregnant. Notice that the less painkillers I eat, the more easy it is to poo, and the less bloated I feel. Also am salt addict... making my face puff up too... not that pretty, really!

Ooh, yes, painkillers were the WORST for me! I was on them every day and I swear, some days I felt like I should be crapping out diamonds because things were getting so compacted because of those damn pain killers.
But yay on the weight loss - that's AWESOME!

I was SO irritated because regardless of what I did I still looked about 5 months pregnant. It didn't start out that bad but it just got worse and worse. I didn't know why my bloating never went away and only got worse each month. During my "we won't find anything" surgery, they found a grapefruit sized ovary. It was missed during 10+ pelvic exams and 3 dr's.
Have you had an ultrasound or anything lately or are you pretty confident it's something else?
Also side note after my previous posts, I FINALLY have relief!!! SO much better. At first, I was having the exact opposite problem of being all stuffed up, but I guess I'd rather have that than the other. lol, thankfully things are evened out.

I was so so bloated a few days back! First, I stopped eating wheat or anything related with gluten(i actually stopped it to see if it was causing bloating), second I started with a period(with no pain and bloating).
I don't know if it had something to do with my periods or was it the gluten in my diet but now i am feeling lighter! In past I always got bloated during my periods.

I was feeling good, lost about 5 pounds, was *just* starting to kinda fit into my skinnier pants and decided to wear them today. Then as the day went on, they got tighter and tighter. Damn, I'm swelling up again. I think my cycles are a bit more regular, expect my period next week sometime, and it looks like my damn body is gearing up again... Ugh.

OMFG I didn't have a problem with this until I got on birth control. I can literally fluctuate 8-10lbs from day to day. I recently went on the insulin resistance diet and I have FINALLY stabilized my water retention. It's unbelievable!! I hope hope hope it keeps working. But what I used to use for my bloating is this detox tea. It promotes kidney function and it used to make me peee and peee and pee, and then the next day I'd be back to normal. Here's a link if you gals are interested. This stuff is sold in most grocery stores in the coffee isle.

Hmm, might have to check it out next time!! I LOVE Yogi teas - the Breathe Deep tea when you have a cold is the BEST!
I just finished up a 3 week cleanse yesterday and have only been eating veggies, fruits, and lean proteins (no booze, dairy, simple carbs, etc.) so I know diet's not to blame. I just woke up with my damn period today so that's why. Normally I'd be much more bloated than I am so perhaps the hormones are starting to settle down a bit?
