Thanks Kirsty! My surgery wasn't for endo. I had a tumor removed off of my pancreas. That's why it's up so high.

Wow! Great scars everyone. I hadn't even thought about taking photos. I have my first lap at the end of the month. I've just added the camera on my "lapro" list to make sure I have it ready. Thanks for the inspiration ladies!

Ohhh it does look nice though! The bottom will eventually catch up. For some reason, some part of the wound gets weird for all of us. It'll eventually look the same but it might take a long time. Looks like it's healing nicely though!

It's definitely all healed now but the bottom art is darker/redder/more purple I guess. Oh well, lol it's not like I let the world see it in person

This is me only 2 and half months after my 2nd lap. and only 2 weeks after getting my ostomy reversed. I wasn't scared to show it all off in a bikini.

Good for you! I have a huge scar on my tummy from open gallbladder removal a year ago and I wasn't afraid to flaunt it on holiday last year. Our scars tell the story of what we've been through

So I finally worked up enough nerve to get my keloid scar treated. I had my appointment today and I have been dreading it because having needles jammed into my stomach is not something I was looking forward to. But it turns out, my keloid is completely numb! The PA I saw seemed to be kind of weirded out by that and assumed it's because some nerve got severed during the surgery. LOL I'm not complaining! HAHA! I didn't even know it was numb until today. Apparently these injections can be quite painful so the fact that I didn't feel anything is pretty awesome ;D

Glad you had no pain but hope that whatever nerve was hit wasn't important to something else. Hope this helps the scar de-puff.
