Damn you just reminded me that I have a Calcium/Mg supplement that I LOVE but it also has 200IU of vitamin D in it and I'm not sure if I can take that since I'm already taking that crazy 50,000IU weekly pill. It would add another 1,400IU a week to my dosage I really want to try to find some of those magnesium salts they mentioned. I think that sounds so awesome.
