Today is week 5, keepping my fingers crossed! my current symptoms are:sore breasts, some mild cramps mainly during the night, nausea almost all day, and sometimes some dizziness. Hormones values: (I am in Canada so keep in mind the units may be different as other countries): HCG 485 DHEAS 0.6 Progesterone 86.5 Supplements I am taking: Endo supplements: Multivitamin, Vitam C, Magnesium, Probiotics COQ10 Herbs: Vitex Other: baby aspiring As per dr advise I will stop the baby aspiring and Vitex (Vitex I will do it slowly so that I don't create a dip on my progesterone.) I will see my gynecologist (considered high risk pregnancy)I won't see him until 1-2 weeks). Dr also found my vitamin D low as well as iron, so I have to get both supplements. dr prescribed "feramax" easier in stomach and Constipation. Next: Dr order another blood work and I did today, I will have results next week. I also asked him to check if I have a blood clot issue and this test may take a while but since my last 2 miscarriage they did not check much I am more proactive/aggressive in asking for things to check. Keep you updated! .

Hi semicolon. Thanks for asking. Last week I had terrible nausea and this week is not that bad. I do have other symptoms still. I am at 7 weeks and 2 days. My last blood work done Tuesday the HCG keep going up and it is 53389 but the progesterone went down from 86 to 50...I am a bit worry but 50 it is still a good number. I have my first appointment finally this Monday with my OB so I will inquire then and ask to a follow up test (as I have been doing since you have to ask them to check the progesterone!), my first ultrasound is not until 2 weeks from now so still quite anxious since this would be the time to see the heart beat...when I miscarriaged this summer (at week 8-9) they could not find it...but well, keeping positive...I will keep you posted...

Hope your appointment goes well and you are able to keep up your progesterone levels, Apple. Also hoping and praying for a strong, healthy heartbeat at your scan in 2 weeks time. Do keep us posted.

thanks for your kind workds. But I don't have some much of good news.. I am very sad and upset. Yesterday I had my first app with my OBGYN and he said that the numbers (hcg and progesterone) were great! he was asking me about my U/S appointment and I said that they gave me for Nov 24 so he instructed her assistant to changed for today or tomorrow since my first msc was an ectopic (and because of Endo) and he wants to make rule out this asap. So after seeing him I went for the U/S....The tech asked me about my history, etc then she said not to worry but when she started doing the US her face changed all the sudden, of been very friendly to been very quiet (very serious look) and not answering my questions at all...long story short she did not want to tell me anything, I asked her if it was located ok and if she could see the HB (since I am 7 weeks and 4 days) but she only said to me you will hear from your dr in 2 days, so I insisted but she said with a very serious/sad face :I don't want to mislead you, it is too soon to say something... ? so I guess that means not good news then? This is my 3 pregnancy (in the last year) and I msc 2 times, no babies yet ...I wanted this so bad, I've trying for more than 10 years!! I know my husband will be so sad again... I don't understand I have all the symptoms this time, nausea, tiredness, sore breasts and my hormones levels are great! so what it is going on?? My appointment is not until Thursday but I guess I am trying to keep positive but this is like my other msc all over again... I will keep you posted....

Hi Apple I know this is easier said than done but try not to worry. At the beginning of this pregnancy, I went to have an ultrasound to see how far along I was as my cycles were a bit loopy before. They calculated it at 6 weeks but also went all serious on me. Basically the embryo was positioned right at the base of the left fallopian tube. They thought it might be ectopic, they thought it might possibly be buried in the myometrium and so on. I was called back over a series of 3 weeks and it wasn't until the 9 week scan that they told me it was in the right position and not growing backwards up the tube. Stressful 3 weeks, felt rough anyway and I just was terrified it was ectopic etc. We didn't see the heartbeat clearly until 8 weeks gestation. It could be any number of these things and more often than not, they work out ok. After a shakey start and numerous shakey moments at various stages during the pregnancy I am now a waddling 28 weeks. I wish someone had told me how getting a positive pregnancy test isn't always the end to your worries, they can be only just beginning there. But you get through each and every stage. My best piece of advice is to try not to worry. What will be will be, hard as that can be to take. I wish you all the best and have my fingers very firmly crossed for you. Take it easy and take one day at a time. Minnie xxxx

Thanks so much for your replies/support and kind words. This 2 days of waiting are so hard. I cannot lie, I am sad, not sure if it just my state of mind but I lost most of my pregnancy signs. I have not tell anyone of this pregnancy yet, not even my mum (just my husband), I lost my sweet grandma 2 weeks ago and been pregnant was giving me some strength, also the due date it is calculated same as my mum's birthday so I was planning for a big surprise. Anyway I will say my prairies tonight waiting for a good outcome tomorrow. I will let you know...

Just came back from the appointment, quite a long day of waiting, appointment was a 2:30 but I finally got in at 4:30 since the dr had a delivery. The news, as I suspected, are bad. there was a gestional sac with yolk, but no fetal pole nor heart beat. It did measure 7 weeks so he said that I will start miscarrying anytime...
