denna the lower back pain is horrible! It feels like my back is broken or something. Can I ask you all a personal question? Im not trying to be a gross! In acupuncture, endometriosis is considered a blood stagnation problem. Blood stagnation presents itself with a purple or dark red tongue and period blood is also purplish or dark. My period blood is extremely dark, yuk As a teenager it was red with no pain. What colour is everyone elses? And in addition, the underside of my tongue has more than 50% blue veins (a massive indication of endo) and the tone of my tongue is a little purplish. What about everyone elses? It would be interesting to see how everyone is with regards to the "blood stagnation" issue.

Blood tends to be dark and seems old. Tongue has heaps of blue veins under it!

Which methods are you using to control your endo? Me? I'm between surgeries and hoping to try acupuncture / chinese herbs soon. I'm also trying to prepare my mind for making diet changes. I get the urination and bowel movement pains too. Me too.

Was it laser or excision method? Endo doesnt give up, what a burdon Dont be down, Im sure with acupuncture and diet change you will improve atleast 50%. Do you supplement? I swear by them. Reduced my pains by around 70%

Well Im not a Dr so pls dont think that I am trying to diagnose or cure you I take zinc 15mg magnesium & calcium Fish oil 4000mg evening primrose oil 2000mg Vitamin E 400% RDA Vitamin C 1000mg Vitamin B complex VItamin B6 (anxiety) Pine bark extract Saw palmetto (for my pcos) Vitamin A-E multi chromium (cravings and pcos) Most of the vitamins for endo and pcos are the same. Its only the herbs that can be a bit iffy...excess estrogen isnt good and most herbs are estrogenic

Yeah when I went to the accupuncture they explanined the whole blood stagnation thing to me. They even recommended to stop eating ice! Has any one ever been told to stop eating ice for for the pain? ? I love ice, I do not eat it but will only drink my water with ice. If the ice all melts I dump it out and get new water with ice. I know I am weird. Well I had told the accupuncturist that some of my pain is like contracting pain and they felt it might be due to the ice since water contracts as it feezes into ice.

Hahahaha, yeah i have been told that, but by my mother of all people. Used to annoy me so much, she'd yell at me for eating ice during my period, said it will only make me bloated and cause more pain. I rolled my eyes at her and still did it. Funny to think she may have had a point. Mothers always know best dont they
