Everytime I see doc I get a sheet of what is inthe supplement and how it works to help me. He is very informative and told me things no other doc ever has. Like living without a galbladder can cause other organs to stress bc it is liver overtime it has to work more to do what galbladder did and he actually gave me a supplement that I will take for life bc I am minus that organ. I rave about the shakes it the easiest thing to do. On days I can't eat my supplements get me by. The magic pill you are taking Jenaya I hope is approved for me. Good JOB and a big kiss for the hubby for buying another mobth supply that is awesome for you. Cheers to protein shakes and magic pills!

So I started taking this 5 days ago--twice a day (once in the morning, once in the early afternoon).
This afternoon, I started feeling amazing. I don't know if it's this supplement, or starting to take a complex vit b supplement after my bloodwork revealed that I'm struggling with 2 types of anemia from all the bleeding I did on that that mirena (iron deficiency and vit b/folic acid). However, this afternoon is the first time in a LONG time that I have not had to think, "do I wash the dishes, or clean the toilet--I know I only have energy for one; which one is more important." or sit on teh couch even though I have to pee because I didn't even have the energy to walk upstairs to pee.
I'll post how I feel tomorrow, but right now I could kiss this bottle of pills. Hell, I could french kiss the bottle.

I woke up this morning and got out of bed without forcing myself, and I'm actually planning a longer run today for the first time in 12 - 15 months!!!!!!! I haven't enjoyed running in so long and at the moment I feel like myself has been given back to me.
It took me 5 days, but the best way I can describe it is it gives you more spoons.

Wow! This sounds amazing. I hope it keeps working for everyone. I'm going to do some research on it and see if it would be a good fit for me, because energy is such a struggle. After a 16 hour shift of running all day..I am beyond exhausted. Which makes me angry that I can't be the person I want to be. Hope you all have a great Memorial day!

oh my god, so I just ran out of electrolytes BEFORE I ran out of energy. That hasn't happened in years. Not since I was 22 or so. I had to buy a gatorade at a liquor store in Southeast DC and glug it on the sidewalk!! Endo diet or no, I needed to get home and liquor stores don't sell water--and of course there is no other type of store in SE!
this pill is magic.

I'm on day 5. Nothing yet. Probably doesn't help that it's an incredibly busy and stressful week with some really, really early mornings... I'm not giving up, just waiting and waiting for that energy to kick in! I could really use some at the moment. RM - what dose were you on?

I am still in love with this thing. It kicked in the afternoon of day 5 for me, just randomly.
I take 1 in teh morning and 1 between 2 - 4 or so. I'm generally reactive to all medicines so I didn't want to take 2 at once.
I even made it through yesterday without feeling stupid/exhausted, and we stayed up later the night before (midnight). I've been going to bed between 9 and 10:30 and tanking, for a couple years. so lame! I couldn't believe I woke up yesterday and didn't feel hit by a truck. I was still tired, but I could function.
I hope it kicks in for you this afternoon! or soon!

OMFG this is soooo friggin awesome Myrtle!!!!! I'm so excited that you're getting the same kick that I got. And I can't believe you were roaming around in SE DC! It's freakin scary down there!
I lost track of how long I have been taking it. I'll have to re-read this thread. I haven't been taking it regularly during my vacation because my time zones are all jacked up. But I still feel pretty good. I got tired a few times but it's till nothing compared to how bad I felt before. I'm not getting that surge of crack energy like I was but that run-down feeling I had before is still gone. WEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm hoping hoping hoping that everyone gets these results!!

Are you taking the combo pill or two different pills separately? I'll have to look at my bottle when I get home to see how many milligrams are in each one.
