My lap was done a few days into my period. I had a small amount of bleeding for a day or two after, but it wasn't like my period. The rest of my period just disappeared. My first period after my lap came on time or maybe a couple of days early. It wasn't especially painful or especially pain-free, although most of my endo remains until my next surgery. I noticed a bit more clotting. The main difference is that it only lasted 6/7 days, whereas for a long time before that my periods were lasting for 12 days. But now, I'm confused. I've had 3 days of spotting, then a day without, then 2 more days of spotting, and now I'm quite sure my period has arrived - atleast a week early! What is with that?
