Hey everyone. I had my first lap on Friday. I stayed at my Moms until today. Here's what I found out. My Dr. Left me a note for when I woke up. There was severe inflamation that could be either burried endo or a severe infection. More tests are needed. My tubes are clear. Thats all I know. I guess nothing was taken off since nothing was visiable. I'm not sure how I feel about all of it. I mean, I'm still just as broken as I was before and still know just as little.

Buried? That's strange. What could it be buried under? Are you recovering well from the surgery?

Hi, Candice! Wow! That sounds bizarre! When do you go for your post-op to find out more and start planning the next step? Keep us posted. Hope your recovery is speedy!

I can relate to the confusion. I just came out of surgery on 11/1 and now suddenly I "dont have endo" but I do have pelvic congestion. Makes no sense to me either. But, I pray that you find out the source of your issue and get it resolved the best possible way. Here's to hope! I'll be thinking about you.

Thanks for the support guys. My follow-up isn't for a month becuase my Dr. put me on some anti-biotics for the inflamation she found inside. I'm going to try to get her on the phone before then. I don't know if I can wait a month with all these questions piling up. If I have an infection, then why wasn't it found in the upteen blood tests I had done? How can a simple infection cause over a years worth of daily pain and frustration? What the heck does buried endo mean? and finally, what next? I have faith in this DR. (I think) and I'm pretty sure she's not going to dismiss me just because it doesn't make sense yet. I get the feeling she was vague with her post-op note because she herself isn't sure what to do next and needed some time to figure out the next step. Here's hoping anyways... Thanks again for the good wishes.

I find everything is making me feel sick. I'm just so tired. Sometimes, I'm so tired that I'm sick and dizzy. Especially in the morning. The people I work with think I"m pregnant. I wish. Anyone have any tips for feeling better? Other than sleep of course. Theres only so much I can get of that when midterm marks are due on Friday....
