Hi Peeps, Has anyone been on Buserelin injections? I know there is a daily nasal spray. However, I'm allergic to the preservative in it. Apparently it comes in a daily injectable form which is licensed in fertility treatment but not in endo. I just wondered whether anyone with endo has been given the injectable form because of issues with not being able to take a larger monthly injection for sensitivity concerns or because of intolerance of the nasal spray. I would welcome hearing your experience.

Yikes! Having researched it, it seems even the injection form contains benzyl alcohol, which is contraindicated for those, like me, who have hypersensitivity to benzalkonium chloride. Did you know it can cause neonatal cardiovascular collapse (gasping baby syndrome)? Why on earth is it used in fertility treatment
