Hi there,
I'm asking on behalf of someone I know, whether anyone else has been on dydrogesterone before. It's a type of progestin/progestagen she's been given to treat her endometriosis. All we've been able to find out so far is that, unlike all the other progestins, dydrogesterone doesn't inhibit ovulation.
Has anyone else used this drug, and what were the benefits and or side-effects?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I've just noticed that Endometriosis UK publish a leaflet about Dydrogesterone (also known as Duphaston), which can be ordered directly from them.
