I've heard that kagel exercise helps strengthen the pelvic floor and uterus so that it might relief the pain due to endo or some uterus-related diseases. Has anybody tried this exercise?
Good thing about this seems it's not drug or surgery so it doesn't have any side effects anyway.

I've heard of kegel exercises to help with urinary incontinence, increasing sexual pleasure, and helping to tighten the muscles after childbirth.
There CAN be side effects, though--charlie horse in the muscles! OUCH!

I used to do them I dunno why I stopped cos they became so automatic but as long as you are relaxed about it I haven't had any cramping (the thought makes me wince!) I have had bladder problems more recently and increasing general pain, so I will start them again and if they help I will let you know! I do know that they are supposed to help a woman get back in shape in general after a pregnancy, not just the stretched out birth canal but all the lower abdo too. I have always had a flat tummy and I would say it's cos of the tensing definitely, cos I used to pull my tummy in and sit up straighter while doing them xx

Yah. I've personally never heard of anyone getting charlie horses from doing kegals. I just learned in my Human Sexuality class that it can happen, as with any muscle you exercise. That has to be the most painful place for a charlie horse!!!! I used to do them, and I never had a charlie horse, either, luckily.
