Well you can always attach them to your underclothes, which for me meant wearing biiiig pants haha. I had to do that cos I got some good ones which were super hot, so they advised to not sick them on your skin. I would defo recommend these things, they may not totally eliminate pain but they do something nice for you.

No thongs then lol!!! If you stick them to you undies did they work as well and stay in place.

Yeah, they stick as much as on your skin, though you can guess that with the movement and clothes rubbing they become a bit dislodged! I tried it with a thong once, big mistake! Inevitably it slipped off, and I got a nasty shock when it suddenly fell out of my pant leg! xx

Yah. I got a couple super-hot ones one time, and I just stuck them to my tummy and not my clothes...I now sport two little burn marks, which I've had for 2 years now!
