Hi, was recommended this on another endo forum, it's an online pain diary and it is EXCELLENT! You enter all of your pain details daily, pain relief details etc it's very detailed and worth it. After a few days (with enough data to do so) it gives you an animated diagram of your pain and an ongoing graph is filled in to chart your pain and effectiveness of pain relief etcwww.reliefinsite.com/main.php?_action=overview&menu=help_you_and_your_doctorI am on my first day and will be emailing it to the doctor as I have an appointment with an endo specialist in a months' time. Takes a while cos it is so detailed but it's definitely worth the time xx[/b]

I actually used that a while ago, i lasted bout 3weeks before i lost interest, i should have kept it up coz it is an excellent diary, but i found it took a while so it was easy to drop it off when i was in a mood.

Ha that's what I'm worried about, that I'll be a foul mood and not fill it in, or be so happy about feeling decent that I'll go off galivanting and think I don't have to fill it in. I am determined to stick to it though cos there's a lot I could stand to learn from my own properly documented pain especially when it's shown in a chart xx

I used the one at endo-know.com (I think that's the address). It's pretty good!
