Hi,
My name is Morgan I am 25 year old and been suffering my whole life with endo but was only diagnosed 4 years ago. I feel like I have tried everything, I have had surgery and because we haver been ttc for nearly 3 years the hormone side to treatment was not an option for us. I just found this site about a month or so ago and found it as my saving grace, I am ready to try and change my diet it hopes for healing and maintenance. I have a normally healthy diet but just trying to eliminate those things that can be negative to endo. Thanks for hearing me out, I look forward to becoming very close with you ladies!

Hi, Morgan! Glad you found us!
I'm sorry you haven't been able to manage endo through surgery, but I hope you know how many other treatment options are out there! For those TTC, obviously diet can help considerably. I'd recommend the Whole30 as it forces you to eliminate just about every potential food irritant, and after that, you can start adding in foods to see what really affects you. When you eat it every day, it's hard to tell the impact, but when you've gone without it for at least 30 days, your body will let you know loud and clear that it no longer wants that food. It seems drastic at first, but it's better than dinking around with eliminating one thing here and there. More immediate effects!
In addition, things like pelvic physical therapy or maya abdominal massage can help improve blood flow, break apart adhesions, and release the tension that many of us carry because of the pain. There are other things like acupuncture, bio-identical hormones, supplements, etc. that can be of help.
If you have any questions about any of these options or more, don't hesitate!
Oh, and are you temping your BBT? Check out the fertility book in my signature if you haven't already! Priceless info in there about reading your fertility signals!
