We are like a family on here. We are all going throught the same thing. If I did not find the board I would have lost all hope. But the girls support made me a fighter and I will never be able to thank them enough. You are right about this board.

Just made my first endo friendly smooth! Well I think it's endo friendly ! Is peanut butter ok if it's organic? I've said organic more this last two weeks than my whole life! So smoothy had banana, almond milk, peanut butter, ice, water and spinach. It was actually tasty! Have some left over for the morning. Not sure my tum will be able for it first thing but il give it a go. V filling. Thanks for all the advice on the pain. I'm not taking anything as with trying to get pregnant I don't lie to take medication if I can avoid it. The pain isn't constant or excruciating def. better than last month. I.ll mention it if I ever actually get through to my consultant! Thanks everyone

Hi Cherish and welcome! Trust me you'll find this board jam packed with info and warm & awesome people. I must say the following the endo diet helps alot, I've noticed a lot of change. I work with sweet stuff so it's difficult trying to say no but I do fine most of the time.
Good luck with the ivf. I hope you'd be blessed with a little one soon.
Hugs and healing wishes
