Hello Ladies, In October of last year I was diagnosed with endo and ovarian cysts (both ovaries were filled with cysts). The surgical report said the cysts 'appeared to be follicular'. The doctor did not remove the cysts, he just punctured and aspirated them. Within 2 months of the surgery, I went right back to being in pain everyday. I don't know if it's from the endo or if the cysts are back. I read that if the cysts are only punctured and aspirated, instead of being fully removed, they have a better chance of coming back. I'm also thinking it might be cysts because my cycles are all over the place, anywhere from 23 to 50 days. Been like that for some time now. So, my question is, can ovarian cysts cause pain on a daily basis, or is it usually just at certain times of the month? Any info would be greatly appreciated

If you have multiple follicular cysts with irregular cycles, had anyone ever mentioned PCOS? Follicular cysts are different than an endometioma.

The doctor didn't say anything about PCOS, just that I had a lot of cysts. I'm going back to see him soon and I'm probably going to ask him about testing me for PCOS. Thanks for the reply.
