Hi everyone,
I tried to do a proper expanded search for "breast tenderness" and found nothing, so apologies if I'm starting a redundant thread ... BUT ... I wanted to share that I started the endo diet immediately after my post-lap diagnosis of stage 3 endo (2 weeks ago today). I started my period on Monday of this week, and for the first time in 6-8 months, I had zero premenstrual breast tenderness.
Do you all think that I've already reduced my body's estrogen levels to the point that it made the tenderness disappear? Seems like such a fast response if so. I also wonder if the lap had anything to do with it ...
Cheers! I definitely think this diet is worth trying. So glad to have found it! Ali

Hey, I haven't really though of it before because I am still in a lot of pain around my period (you know... 3 weeks?). However, now that I think back... I haven't had any breast tenderness for months! I started the diet at the end of January. Thanks for giving me something to be grateful for!

Woo hoo!!!!!! You'd be surprised how quickly things can start to turn around. We've had members on the endo diet for a month or two end up pregnant even after trying for a long time! Sometimes the body just needs a bit of a break from stuff that it doesn't like for it to figure things out. For me, my constant pelvic pain went down significantly only days after starting the diet, and I wasn't even GF at that time! I hope the trend continues for you!
