Does anyone else have really bad gas? If so, what do you do to stop/prevent it? I read online that you could "stop eating beans, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower.... etc, etc" but being on the endo diet- that doesn't leave too much else . Any ideas or cures would be GREATLY appreciated (by my husband especially! lol)

You could consider a digestive enzyme to help your body break down the food you eat a bit better. Or perhaps a probiotic may help?

I eat kefir, but I also avoid the aforementioned tooty veggies!

I had this problem for so long and I randomly googled one day gas from eating an orange and I stumbled upon a fructose intolorance article. Seems like every single food on that list that was HIGH in fructose was something that would set me off. There is another thread about it: Since I stopped eating those items, no more gas! Amazing! I struggled for so many years and finally feel good. I also went GF, don't eat any red meat, only eat greek yogurt, only almond milk, I gave up sugar as well. Just FYI- I was reading that ginger helps relieve gas. Definitely worth a try!
