Hi there I just read an article on the use of DIM (Diindolylmethane) supplement (I guess) which is proven to reduce the estrogen levels... does anyone have any knowledge on this or anyone used this before? Positive results?

I have used it and am currently using it. I had my estrogen level go down while on it, but I was also taking rosemary for the same reason so I'm not sure if it was both or just one of them that had that effect. It didn't seem to make much difference in my symptoms though - they seemed the same.

Cool! I've never used it but it seems interesting. I'll have to read a little more about it. You peaked my curiosity

this thread should actually go in the natural treatments section as it's not a drug, but an herbal supplement.
