Hi there everybody. So I am a big fan of diets. I know for a fact that they help many many people. I have read quite a lot recently about the gluten free diet. I think it sounds very interesting though also expensive. On the other hand I have heard about and also tried a bit, the low GI diet (I do not have PCO but hormonal issues) and this diet completely makes sense to me and has been scientifically proven to help many many people get pregnant FAST! So I don't know which diet to do because somehow I want to try the both. Anybody with a good argument for either one diet would be welcome Anni

A gluten free diet doesn't necessarily have to be expensive. Rather than pay for over-priced GF processed foods, I cook from scratch. If done right, you can find ways to cut the cost considerably!
As for diet, BOTH are good for helping regulate your blood sugar levels, which in turn help regulate your hormones. We've had several past members make some diet modifications and get pregnant within a few months.
As for which one, well, I guess it depends on how gluten affects you. You could consider going off it for a few weeks, seeing how you feel, and reintroduce it. If you have issues with it, you may never know until you go off it. And if it turns out your body can tolerate it, well, then switch over to the low GI diet?
