Hi, this is Tami. I have been off the forum for awhile and hope you all are doing good. I have been doing fantastic since my major surgery in March. I have only been trying to balance out my progesterone and estrogen and thyroid hormone levels since I recovered from my surgery. I have also been out there helping those who I have contacted that have Endo. I have gotten two women to see Dr. Riogeist and they have had surgery and are doing much better as well. Plus am recomending to them the endo diet, this website etc.
I have been doing a lot of reading about health as of late and just wanted to share a few things that I hope will help.
The first one is teh discovery of mangosteen juice. I have started up a website called toxicfreeme.com that has videos talking about it. It is amazing stuff and I am drinking it daily. it is great for chronic inflammation problems which we are all VERY familiar with.
The other thing I read is a book called Eat To Live by Dr. Furhman. This book strips away any ideas you have on what you think you know about nutrition and replaces it with really interesting facts. I have started the diet he recommends this week. He talks about auto immune diseases in this book and chronic inflammation too.
I really hope you all are doing great and HIGHLY recommend reading the book above. They have it on Kindle.
Anyway, just thought of all of you when I discovered the above and wanted to share it with you girls!
I see the surgery gave me a new life and I am doing everything I can to keep it that way. I have one ovary left and want it to stay healthy with no cysts!!! :-)
