Yup, tons of veggies, some fruit, some rice, and some protein. There were supplements and nasty shakes to go with it, too.

I just found the thread about cleanses. It looks interesting... giving my belly/colon a rest seems good too though. hmm... I bet my colon would thank me and my tummy would yell!
