Wheatgrass, blackstrap molasses, carrott juice??? They were recently added and I have been having more issues the past couple of months.
Also, am I not supposed to be eating olive oil?

I don't know about bad, but I love ALL of these. I'm a hippy, so we grow wheatgrass, grind it, and drink the juice. Wheatgrass is just a green. Carrots are also just carrots, juiced, so I wouldn't think they'd have issues.
Blackstrap molasses may have issues with the endo diet b/c it's a form of sugar. I'm a southerner, so I can't live without this stuff. Are you getting the real molassas, made from sorghum? or made from sugar cane?
Olive oil is a very healthy fat, one that your body processes easily, so it should be ok for you.
Are these the only things that you have changed in your diet/exercise/etc? or are there other things too? I don't think any of these could be a culprit, except perhaps the blackstrap, but I'd have to let the ladies who know more about the endo diet weigh in here.

I don't know about the wheat grass or blackstrap molasses, but carrott juice and olive oil should be just fine! I use olive oil or grapeseed oil for ALL my cooking.

Here is a link to a celiac website that I live on. There is a whole message board about wheatgrass. www.celiac.com/gluten-free/topic/29774-wheat-grass-question/I've been gluten-free for a long time and haven't touched it myself for the fact that it might contain gluten, and it's just not worth it. Also, I love cooking with almond oil and like Karen said grapeseed oil. really flavorful!!

Ooops..Xylitol, I forgot about that - I started about 2 mos ago brushing my teeth w/ xylitol, baking soda, and veg glycerine. I'm not sure about the molasses, it is unsulphered and from Tree of Life.

Xylitol gives you the runs I think. That and sorbitol. That's why they give sugarfree gum (which has these) to older folks who have problems with constipation.
The blackstrap molassas still comes from sugar cane--it's what is there at the so-called "third boiling". I think they get sugar crystals out of the first one. I have no idea what they get out of the second one--maybe that lighter colored molassas. but the third one is blackstrap. It still has sugar in it, but only a little bit. It has lots of iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium. However, it depends on whether you are cutting out all sugar or not. If you are, blackstrap should go!
In any case, I hope you feel better soon.

Well, I don't have the runs except for the wacky stuff that happens during my period and that has been a problem for over a yr now. My bowels become instantly blocked and the mucous comes out at will... hubby calls it "peein' out my butt"
