a naturopath can help you lengthen your luteal phase. I'm in the process of getting that sorted myself. after getting TCOYF, I was super pissed at myself for not starting sooner! you'll be shocked and amazed the amount of info you can get out of charting your daily temps. please visit their website www.tcoyf.com if you want the short easy version, then you can buy the book when you have time. the info you get from the charting is just so darn interesting, heartening, and over time you get a real clear picture of potential areas of improvement lol. and then working with a naturopath you can balance your hormones out for better fertility. it's that simple! based on my research, i think I'm holding onto a lot of estrogen and need progesterone. the endo diet helps me reduce estrogen both through losing body fat and eating foods WITHOUT plant estrogens or environmental synthetic estrogens, and by eating foods like broccoli and cruciferous veg as well as good omegas like in salmon. sounds really simple but like I'm saying, 6 months after surgery, i am seeing real results. and only because I'm charting do I even know what the results are.... anyhow, if not for these tools, I'd be sitting here crying becuase I'm not pregnant! nice to be informed thanks and good luck honey! ps I just got my period today too like an hour ago....

Actually I can get preg but not keep it more than a few days past implantation. My period starts and I miscarry. Another endo twist. If this is, in fact, the case, temping will really help you figure things out!!! Your luteal phase (number of days between ovulation and period) should be about 12-14 days for your pregnancy to stick. If your luteal phase is shorter than that, you get your period before it has a chance to implant. If you KNOW what your luteal phase is and it's too short, there are some easy ways to correct it! Diet changes, progesterone supplementation, etc. can help lengthen that luteal phase! If you have some down time between 'trying' and just 'practicing', get TCOYF because ALL this stuff is explained in a very easy-to-read way!!! You'll totally thank yourself for it!! Glad you're on the upswing today, though!

Hey. It might be irrelevant by now (I hope so), but I agree with the others that you must be eating something that is bad for you. Don't go off all fruits, but try eating one at a time with at least 2 hours in between. You should be able to identify which if any is causing the problem. I personally had problem with apples. When I eliminated them I felt so much better. Now, about a year and a half since I eliminated them I started trying to add them back in (just because one day I really felt like having a granny smith). And it's actually going quite well. And as was mentioned here before, try to separate fruit from other foods. It might make things better. And then again - it might be the oats or something else. it's a lot of work, but in the end this elimination process will be worth it.

Hey thanks for posting this! Liats80 I was wondering if you have also read about eating fruits separately... I can't remember why or where I read it? If you know anything can you post it or PM me sometime, if it's not a bother? Pretty (hungry for more info lol)
