i'm at my parents. (Complete Daddy's girl at 37 and he's spoiling me with Pho (my favorite soup)) my abdomen is quite sore and the throat lounges definitely were a god send today. My doc said she wanted to call me tomorrow as she knew i wouldn't remember what she said today. i remember she removed some endo from the fatty tissue on my bowel and sent it to the lab.

I'm back to work (actually i went back on work on the Monday the 25th) I went back a few days earlier but i was concerned about my job as people have been making comments behind my back about how often i was out and whether i was really in pain. I think last week i came back to early as i was asleep before 8 pm. My son was the first to notice how good i was feeling as he could lay across the bed without me saying don't do that. I feel wonderfully pain free. I get all my results on Friday, May 6th (she's giving me copies of my lap pictures - is it gross that i can't wait to see what was there).

That's crap about your catty coworkers!! If you're brave enough and they persist enough, I wouldn't be afraid to show them pictures of how messed up things were!!!
Glad you're getting some relief and I hope you get some answers at your post-op!

Well i'm still feeling great! The results were interesting. My doctor release 16 oz of fluid from my uterus and remove a small "package" of endo on the left side. As far as the fluid she said my cervix wasn't opening to release and so the fluid was remaining every cycle. (remember I has been on continuous BCP for the last 5 months up to surgery) which meant the fluid was really old. Basically she felt alot of my pain was likely coming from my cervix trying to diliate every day for the past 5 months and unable to open itself. My cervix had a lot of scarring which she removed. The packet of endo was attached to my ovary and the lining of the bowel and a muscle that goes out to my left leg so that's where my tugging feeling was coming from.
