I have read a few times that people have cut out potatoes, but noone ever said why. Are they on the 'bad' list, and if so why?
I am currenlty gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and don't eat meat/poultry. I do however eat tomatoes and don't notice a problem, and don't think I've had a problem w/potatoes? I'm in the beginning stages of working on my diet, so still not 100% better. I find it hard to tell which food it is that may still be bothering me.
Thanks!!!

I still eat potatoes without a problem. Id guess that people cut them out because its high GI, so isnt good for blood sugar control. Fluctuations in blood sugar impact on hormone levels.

People may cut them out bc of the carbohydrates.
