Thanks for posting these links. I've just recently began looking into stuff like this.

I was just looking at this article and had to look at some of the things they suggest. I like number one.
"Tool 1 - Accept that you have persistent pain….and then begin to move on" I think that I think about the pain to much and it becomes much more unbearable.
"Tool 2 - Get involved - building a support team"
The endo resolved girls!
"Tool 3 - Pacing Tool 4 - Learn to prioritise and plan out your days Tool 5 - Setting Goals/Action Plans Tool 6 - Being patient with yourself Tool 7 - Learn relaxation skills Tool 8 - Stretching & Exercise Tool 9 - Keep a diary and track your progress"
I'm not sure if tracking pain is a good idea because it focuses to much of our thinking on the pain instead of the moving on in tool number one. But that's just my opinion. I know when I was trying to track my pain on a website it made it seem overwhelming and always on my mind.
"Tool 10 - Have a set-back plan " Tool 11 - Team Work Tool 12 is keeping it up… putting into daily practice"
practice not thinking about the pain... that's the tricky one. When I'm trying to get a diagnoses or at least think a doctor might actually listen to me I become hyper aware of my body and all its aches. Its not helpful and makes me think that i think to much! thank you Hells for these articles! They gave me some interetesting ideas to try, and I'm going to try to remind myself of tool one! Move on!
