My moms been using Stevia for a while... I remember that it comes in a greenish like package. I rarely use any form of sugar, so I just keep Splenda in the house. Splenda is actually made from sugar. They morph the sugar molecule to wind up w/ Splenda. Stevia would be a good option, then, if you don't want to use any form of sugar. It's natural and not any form of sugar. you should try it.

Oh I have! I actually like it. But since I don't use it all that often, I just grab like the small thing of splenda. I seriously think I buy sugar (in any way shape or form) like once a year. lol
I used to put Stevia on my strawberries and grapefruit when I lived at home.

can you buy stevia from the regualr grocery store or does it need to be bought at a whole food or something like that? Also is it pretty expenisive or is it comprable to sweet n low and stuff like that? Paying for treatments and baby stuff isn't cheap so we really need to cut back on our budget.
