Dear Bowels, Please stop cleaning yourself when I work. It makes it very awkward when I have to run for the toilet in between every patient. I would also ask respectfully that you not do it while company is here having dinner. Its very rude to run to the toilet and spend long periods of time in their while my guests entertain themselves. Thank you, Your respectfully, Karla
on a more serious note...
My dear children, I love you when I hurt, I love you when My blood pressures up and when I have to clean your rooms, and pick up all your dirt. I love you even when, I lose my temper cause of pain, So please always remember, I love you forever, then! Happy Valentines day to you!

Dear right hand side, stop being a t**t. There's enough going on without your unexplained pain and fake appendicitis. Along with my lower left having a disco, you are both blocking me in as well as my back getting all crappy on me. Give me a break, the gabapentin doses are getting a little high, and so am I, as a result Seriously, pack it in or I'll never get a boyfriend. Always yours... unfortunately for me, Shaheeda, the go-getter disguised as a procrastinator.

Hi there lower back, I hear you're curvy and I don't appreciate it. You're not a 50s filmstar ok? Leave the curvy to Christina Hendricks. Also the pain is pissing me off it's been 3 days already, I'd like to be able to walk now. Enough of the dead leg. Thanks, Shaheeda

Dear Insurance Company: f**k You. Karen Took the words right out of my mouth. We were reading about all of my out-of-pocket expenses for my pancreatic surgery and hospital stay. I have to pay $150 PER SURGEON, lucky for me I have TWO surgeons. Then hospital stays cost $150 PER DAY, multiply that by FIVE days. This takes me to a total of $1050. PLUS I have to pay 30% for every drug administered and every piece of medical supply used. I'm really not happy today. The costs should be the least of my worries and now I'm freaking out over how the hell we are going to afford this. Dear Blue Cross Blue Shield, Thanks a lot a**holes. Hope you are happy getting rich off of us people who need help. Sincerely, cancer waiting to happen

Uh oh... Do you have an out of pocket max? Does that only apply to some hospitals but not others? Can you work a deal with the hospital?

My out-of-pocket max for my medical insurance is $5000 annually. My out-of-pocket max for hospital stay is 5 days. But I shouldn't need to be there any longer than 5 days. It's just so damn expensive!! We are just going to make this expense a priority and just sacrifice other things. It's just crazy how expensive this is going to be.
